What countries do you ship to?

Thanks to our manufacturer having warehouses globally we're able to ship worldwide. If you aren't sure or want to double check that we can ship to you just connect with us.

What is your return/exchange policy?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items that are unworn, and still in there original packaging. Unfortunately, Sale items are NOT refundable.

If you recieve a damaged item reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue. Check our Return + Refund Policy for the full details regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

How long will it take to get my order?

Generally, after processing your order will be delivered within 10 days. For more exact delivery timing check the shipping times when placing an order.

Do you have gift packaging options?

Currently, we don't have any options for gift packaging.

How long does order processing take?

Order processing takes anywhere from 2-5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled you'll receive a notification, as well as wehn it ships.

How do I cancel/modify and order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. If you need help with an order connect with us.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by signing in to your account.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you ever recieve a damaged item please reach out to us for help. We will work with you on a resolution.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, when placing an order with us you will be required to provide an email and phone number which will be used to create an account for you.

How do I update my profile information?
